What we collect

For bookings, we collect your name, phone number, email address, selected service, appointment time, payment method and any additional information you provide. We use this data to manage the booking, provide the service and communicate with you.

For bank payments, payment data is processed by Montonio. The LUMÉ website does not store your online banking passwords or bank card details.

The website uses technically necessary cookies for language selection, security and core functions. Analytics cookies are used only if analytics has been enabled on the site and you have given consent.
